Gary Zock President, Life Lease Associates of Canada Toronto, Ontario Gary has been instrumental in developing more than 30 Life Lease developments across the Country. Gary has pioneered an effective life lease housing model. Gary expertly guides the sponsoring organization from concept planning to occupancy and through to management. He provides extensive analysis of each development step from the formulation of the life lease model which meets individual sponsor needs to the preparation of financial and management plans. Through his affiliated company, Zock & Associates, Gary also manages completed developments, providing in-depth expertise on all aspects of operational issues for life lease communities. |

Malcolm Ross London, Ontario Malcolm has completed 12 residential projects and brings more than 8 years of housing development and planning experience to Life Lease Associates of Canada. With direct training in the areas of urban planning, residential appraisal, and community development, Malcolm plays a key role in the organization and development of life lease projects. Malcolm brings an extensive housing history to life lease developments in Southwestern Ontario. |
